What are we looking for? 5+ years of maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, or facilities environments Previous experience leading or supervising a team (formal or informal) Robust troubleshooting skills across multiple trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, general maintenance) Ability to prioritize work in a rapid-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using systems for work orders and reporting Valid drivers license Nice to Have: Trade certification (e.g., Electrician, HVAC, Power Engineer, or equivalent) Experience in facilities management or service-based environments Working Conditions Combination of hands-on work and administrative coordination May require on-call support depending on site requirements Work performed in indoor and outdoor environments Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pgetg
