Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring effective workflow, and providing support to various departments. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Duties Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate office supplies procurement. Organize and maintain filing systems of electronic documents. Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Assist in team management by supporting staff scheduling and task delegation. Implement organizational strategies to improve office efficiency. Requirements Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in using phone systems and office software Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi and Punjabi) Ability to manage vendor relationships professionally. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
