This full time role focuses on aligning people, processes, and technology to enhance underwriting operations and stakeholder engagement. As the Director, you'll report to the Vice President of Underwriting Operations and Distribution. Your leadership will foster collaboration among direct reports and enhance the customer-focused culture. You'll serve as a key integrator between underwriting operations, broker distribution, and technology partners, ensuring that initiatives meet corporate objectives.
