Take charge of Business Integration and Communication with a reputable organization. This full time role focuses on aligning people, processes, and technology to enhance underwriting operations and stakeholder engagement. As the Director, you'll report to the Vice President of Underwriting Operations and Distribution. Your leadership will foster collaboration among direct reports and enhance the customer-focused culture. You'll serve as a key integrator between underwriting operations, broker distribution, and technology partners, ensuring that initiatives meet corporate objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Align strategic direction for underwriting operations and marketing • Lead and develop a high-performance team • Sponsor operational initiatives and engage cross-functional stakeholders • Implement process improvements for efficiency and compliance • Oversee reporting and KPI tracking for service levels Requirements: • 10+ years in underwriting operations or related fields • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • CIP or FCIP designation required • Leadership experience of 3+ years • Guidewire and PMP experience valued Elevate underwriting operations and communication practices as a pivotal leader in the organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p8ca5
