Process and respond to alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally in stressful situations Dispatch the proper authorities and verify that help is on the way Document all responses accurately for the signals Learn and utilize multiple software systems efficiently Participate in training and development for professional growthWhat We’re Looking For

Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent Calm, reliable, and professional in a fast‑paced environment with high‑pressure situations; willing to work weekends and holidays Must be able to pass a background check and a two‑week training class Experience in customer service is preferredMust reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work Benefits
