Transportation Safety Compliance Partner Role, Edmonton

Become the key contact for compliance in transportation at Ledcor. This Transportation Safety Compliance Business Partner role focuses on regulatory guidance, audits, and training across operations.

In this position, you'll leverage over three years of expertise in NSC and DOT requirements while improving Ledcor’s Compliance Programs. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, developing training, and ensuring that corporate programs align with current legislation. You'll work closely with leadership and field operations to promote safety standards across North America.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop and continuously improve compliance programs • Conduct annual corporate compliance audits and inspections • Correct unsafe working conditions during site visits • Create presentations for audit reviews • Provide in-classroom training as needed

Requirements:• Minimum 3 years of NSC and DOT experience • Strong communication skills for group engagements • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Workday • Ability to build rapport with field operations • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and flexibility
