The Role: Assist walk in customers for parts Answer and return calls from customers inquiring about parts Updating and replenishing show floor literature Order needed literature for sales teams Assist Director of Sales as required Quotes as requested Coordinate required daily parts for service technicians Coverage of Reception breaks Qualifications: Ability to multi task on various projects at the same time and manage the priorities HVAC and/or Fireplace parts knowledge would be an asset Resourceful Professionalism with customer interactions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Competent computer skills with Excel experience Excellent Time management and organizational skills Attention to detail is key Self motivated Dyand Mechanical and Wood & Energy Store is proud to offer: Competitive wages Medical and dental Growth opportunities If you are looking for an prospect with a stable, growing company, email your resume.
