Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of meals in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and quality Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring as directed Assist with food storage and rotation to maintain freshness and prevent waste Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper sanitation of equipment and utensils Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations Qualifications: Previous experience in a food preparation role or similar position is preferred Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects Skills: Food safety Meal preparation Restaurant experience Food preparation techniques Knowledge of the food industry standards and regulations Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Strong organizational skills Join our team as a Prep Cook and be part of a dynamic culinary environment.
