Key Responsibilities:• Plan and facilitate engaging recreational activities • Evaluate resident participation and maintain accurate records • Communicate program updates with residents and families • Assist in organizing outings for residents • Support meal service duties when required

Requirements:• College diploma in Recreation, Gerontology, or similar • Experience with elderly populations is required • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Valid driver's license for safe resident transportation
