Shape community-centered housing solutions as a Program Manager with e4c. Oversee programs for individuals facing homelessness while ensuring safety and effectiveness in service delivery. As the Program Manager – Supportive Housing at e4c, you will lead community-based initiatives aimed at supporting individuals with housing instability, mental health issues, and other barriers. This role involves operational oversight, fostering a team-oriented culture, and ensuring programs meet contractual, safety, and quality standards. You will work actively with community partners to enhance participant well-being and promote positive housing outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Ensure effective service delivery for supportive housing programs Lead operational improvements and policy development Monitor service outcomes and participant experiences Build relationships with community partners and stakeholders Direct budgeting and administrative responsibilities Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field Minimum 5 years in leadership roles with direct program oversight Proficiency in MS Office and data management systems Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Suicide Intervention Solid expertise in culturally inclusive practices and trauma-informed care Become a leader at e4c by managing supportive housing initiatives that foster stability and positive outcomes for the most vulnerable.
