Experienced Mill Manager for Hecla Mining (Edmonton)

Lead milling operations at Hecla Mining's Keno Hill mine. This role emphasizes silver extraction, metallurgy management, and safety compliance in a remote environment. As the Mill Manager, you'll report directly to the Operations Manager and oversee all milling processes, ensuring effective silver extraction and facility maintenance. Your solid background in metallurgy and leadership will help streamline milling operations and drive safety standards. You'll be responsible for supervising budgets, coaching superintendents, performing compliance checks, and promoting a strong environmental culture.
