In this senior role, you will enhance various applications while managing full stack development. Your expertise in technologies like Python, Hadoop, and BI tools such as MS Power BI will contribute to vital data-centric projects for the Government of Alberta. Collaborate closely with business units, ensuring technical solutions align with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:• Deliver applications programming and system analysis tasks • Liaise with business units for solution alignment • Write complex Functional and Technical Designs • Define and document non-functional application requirements • Review and recommend optimizations on Technical Designs
Requirements:• Strong skills in LAMP stack and Java • Minimum 5 years of application development experience • Proficiency in performance/penetration testing • Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting system-level issues • Experience with Cloudera Data Platform and Elasticsearch
