In this full-time, permanent role, you'll supervise maintenance operations by mentoring personnel and implementing preventive maintenance schedules with tools such as MES (Hydra) software. Your hands-on approach will drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance equipment uptime, and guarantee strict adherence to safety protocols within our manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:• Mentor maintenance team to achieve safety and production goals • Plan preventive maintenance schedules using MES (Hydra) • Troubleshoot equipment and resolve complex issues • Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols • Document machinery maintenance accurately

Requirements:• 5+ years in manufacturing leadership roles • Electrician License or Millwright Certification required • Proficient in MES (Hydra), Microsoft Office, and CMMS • Knowledge of industrial systems such as PLCs and hydraulics • Strong commitment to safety and quality initiatives
