This is a contract role that will end September 30, 2026. We are a high‑energy, fast‑growing company with a dynamic philosophy and corporate culture. Our Service Centres perform all aspects of equipment repairs and maintenance. As we grow, we are looking to add an upbeat, energetic, qualified individual to join our Service team to connect our customers, our Service team and our Commercial teams.What you’ll do
Receive, document, prioritize, and resolve service requests from internal teams and external customers. Create and manage Service Work Orders for loaners, demo devices, new equipment inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Schedule and dispatch Field Service Representatives (FSRs) and support weekly field planning.Issue Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and prepare service quotes. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Review, close, and invoice Service Work Orders while maintaining accurate records. Coordinate with the Service Centre team on picking slips and equipment returns.Allocate, track, and document service loaner equipment. Create and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for active service agreements. Support compliance with Vendor Service Bulletins and required reporting. Assist FSRs with parts ordering, transfers, and logistics. Maintain service databases and complete internal reports accurately and on time.Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements
Administrative certification or College Diploma; experience in customer service or technical service is preferred. 2–3 years of experience in a Service Centre or customer service role is an asset. Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail; highly organized and able to prioritize multiple urgent requests in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Demonstrated customer service orientation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Positive attitude and resilience under pressure.Proven ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment. Preferred Skills&Certifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) is required. Experience with ERP/order entry systems such as Spire, Microsoft AX, and SharePoint is preferred. Mechanical, electronic, or scientific knowledge is considered an asset. What’s in it for you

Job type: Fixed‑term contract. Pay: $52,000.00–$59,000.00 per year. Location: Western Distribution and Service Centre – 9220-25 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6N 1E1. Hybrid work model. In person required for regular on‑site work. Hours: Full time, with hybrid work flexibility. Eligibility: Must be eligible towork in Canada and will be subject to a background check and reference checks.
