Fluent Travel Agent - English&French, Edmonton

Enhance travel experiences with Callplex as a Travel Agent fluent in English and French. This remote, full-time position is for those experienced in Sabre and eager to assist clients in planning their journeys.

In this role, you will engage with clients to help create memorable travel itineraries. With a two-year minimum as a travel agent, you’ll provide valuable insights and support while managing various inquiries and bookings. Your knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo platforms is advantageous as you strive for the best possible travel deals for clients.

Key Responsibilities:• Handle calls, emails, and messages effectively • Plan travel itineraries including flights and hotels • Offer exceptional customer service to all clients • Keep abreast of travel industry trends • Negotiate with airlines and hotels for client benefits

Requirements:• Advanced English proficiency (C1), Upper-Intermediate French (B1-B2) • Strong skills in Sabre; familiarity with Amadeus and Galileo preferred • Minimum 2 years of experience in travel • Strong organizational and negotiation skills • Expertise in managing travel documents and itineraries
