Your mission You will be responsible as Logistic Coordinator for Mondi Hinton Sales Team dedicated to logistics execution of finished goods produced by Hinton mill. Main task is to ensure proper goods flow from Hinton mill via local warehouses, establish and maintain cooperation with key logistic service providers, ensure daily operation, answer internal and external stakeholder requests regarding logistic execution within Mondi environment.

Responsibilities

Be a strong partner and ensure close cooperation with Sales, Customer service, Production planning and Finance teams across all relevant business processes on daily basis.

Contact with key logistic service providers and freight rates management– ocean, rail, road.

Transport planning as per Sales and Customer Service requirements.

Shipments handling.

Warehouse management for both, domestic as well as overseas deliveries, incl. stock reconciliations of external Mondi warehouse.

Maintenance of freight cost accruals, Transport invoice approval.

Determination and definition of routes and transport zones.

Strong Analytical Skills

Communication Skills

Knowledge of international trade principles and procedures in the area of Logistic execution, incl. Letter of Credit handling and overseas sales.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, knowledge of SAP is a benefit.

English‑fluent level both in oral and written form – any other language of benefit

Others: Communicative Team Worker, able to work with strict deadlines and attention to details. Self and Time Management. Remain calm and controlled under pressure. Being pro‑active, efficient and target orientated. Ready to pay attention to details and be able to execute them with high accuracy.
