Auto Insurance Client Services Representative (CSR) (Newton)

We are looking to add an ICBC Autoplan Customer Service Representative to our team. This role would focus on helping our customers with their Autoplan and auto insurance needs. Job Requirements: - Level 1 Insurance Broker License - Minimum 6 months of Autoplan ICBC experience - Experience with ICBC Policy Center - Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service - Ability to work in a team environment - Highschool Diploma (or equivalent) - Punjabi language skills would be an asset The Role: You will be an integral part of our Autoplan and personal lines team, serving as the key contact point for our clients. - Help clients with their Autoplan and personal insurance needs (reviewing coverage, processing policies, and assisting with renewals) - Assisting with administrative tasks associated with Autoplan and personal lines insurance - Engaging walk-in clients, calling current and prospective clients, and cross-selling insurance products based on customer needs Opportunity: - Competitive salary - Chance to advance your insurance education (CAIB, Level 2, and continuing education) - Chance to grow and advance within the company Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $21.00-$25.50 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2piz1f
