As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated, commercially minded individual to join our Edmonton team in a unique development role with strong long-term growth potential. Summary This is not a traditional estimating role. It’s an opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in technical sales and commercial operations. You’ll begin by learning our products, quoting processes, systems, and customer workflows while supporting our FAST and sales teams with estimating and opportunity execution. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you’ll gain exposure to Inside Sales responsibilities and broader customer-facing opportunities within the business. What You’ll Be Doing Estimating & Sales Support - Prepare estimates and quotations for customer opportunities - Assist with pricing, product selection, and quote revisions - Work closely with technical and sales teams to ensure accuracy - Support quote turnaround and opportunity momentum - Escalate complex opportunities when needed - Assist with quote management and prioritization to ensure opportunities are followed up and progressed in a timely manner Sales Pod Support - Support the Edmonton sales team with day-to-day opportunity execution - Assist with urgent requests and follow-ups - Help ensure customers receive fast, responsive service - Support inside sales activities as capability develops Learning & Development Build working knowledge of: - fleet upfitting solutions - commercial vehicle products - customer sales process - pricing logic - CRM workflows - technical quoting Future Growth Responsibilities As you develop, responsibilities may expand into: - inside sales - customer-facing opportunity handling - express / retail sales - account support - direct customer engagement - broader sales and commercial responsibilities You Might Be a Fit If You: - Are technically curious and enjoy learning products - Have robust commercial instincts - Like solving customer problems - Are organized and detail oriented - Communicate confidently and professionally - Take ownership of projects and follow tasks through to completion - Have strong time and task management skills - Want a long-term career path, not just a job - Thrive in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of: - estimating - inside sales - industrial distribution - automotive / fleet - construction equipment - technical products - service operations Mechanical aptitude or hands-on mechanical experience is considered a strong asset, as understanding how vehicle builds and components come together is important in this role. Direct industry experience is helpful, but attitude, aptitude, and coachability matter most.
