Resident Manager/Leasing Agent (Edmonton)

Braden Equities Inc. is looking for an energetic individual or couple to join our team. We are looking for Resident Managers & Leasing Agents for the following areas: - Edmonton and surrounding areas. The successful candidate(s) will be fluent in English and this position offers onsite or off-site living in the Tamarack area. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, rent collection, suites rentals, advertising, marketing, cleaning/preparing suites for recent incoming tenants, cleaning of property, minor maintenance and all related paperwork.
