Senior Sales Representative (Edmonton)

We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative with knowledge of the commercial print industry, direct mail, and packaging. You understand the importance of customer relationships and customer service. You are a detail oriented and disciplined individual able to win new clients and nurture existing ones. Your role at Westkey will include the prospecting and acquiring new customers and the task of managing your orders from quote request to order write up stage. Primary Job Responsibilities: - Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships - Reach out to customer leads through cold calling - Manage and develop an existing book of business - Expedite the resolution of customer challenges and complaints to maximize satisfaction - Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule - Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Requirements and skills - Working knowledge of some or all of the following facets of printing including graphic design, digital printing, labels, packaging, large format display and signage production. - Candidates must be energetic, intelligent, motivated, team-oriented, and display strong communication skills with knowledge of computer software and hardware. This is a salaried position that is negotiable based on experience, performance, and sales volumes. No agencies please.
