Your Opportunity: Alberta Health Services (AHS) is recruiting dedicated Admin Support to the Diagnostic Imaging department at the Royal Alexandra Hospital (RAH). The role will include checking in patients, booking exams, appointment reminder phone calls, assisting technologists where needed. This role has a heavy workload and can involve high levels of stress. Description: As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program. - Classification: Administrative Support III - Union: AUPE GSS - Unit and Program: Diagnostic Imaging - Primary Location: Royal Alexandra Hospital - Location Details: As Per Location - Multi-Site: Not Applicable - FTE: 0.50 - Posting End Date: 04-JUN-2026 - Employee Class: Regular Part Time - Date Available: 14-JUN-2026 - Hours per Shift: 7.75 - Length of Shift in weeks: 6 - Shifts per cycle: 15 - Shift Pattern: Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends - Days Off: As Per Rotation - Minimum Salary: $25.72 - Maximum Salary: $31.25 - Vehicle Requirement: Not Applicable Required Qualifications: Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Additional Required Qualifications: No physical restrictions such as sitting or standing for extended periods, ability to lift, twist, bend and lift up to 50lb. At least one year of Diagnostic Imaging experience and Connect Care training. Preferred Qualifications: Strong organizational, technical, interpersonal, communication, and computer skills. Ability to assume responsibility, to work effectively both independently and within a team workplace. Ability to work under pressure. Demonstrates initiative, good judgement, positive attitude and concern for detail and accuracy. Ability in the use of tact, courtesy and professionalism with patients, staff and physicians.
