Position Overview As Service Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor technicians, coordinate projects from start to finish, and play a pivotal role in the sales process for new installations. What You Bring - Red Seal Certification – Plumbing or HVAC - Gas A or B Ticket (required) - Minimum 5 years of industry experience - Valid Driver’s License - Proven plumbing sales experience - Satisfactory Criminal Record Check Key Responsibilities - Supervise and schedule technicians and projects - Coordinate with other departments for effective workflow - Manage materials and supplies requisition - Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues - Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards - Provide accurate estimates and drive sales for new installations - Lead training and mentoring initiatives - Maintain detailed records for compliance, billing, and project documentation Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary: Starting at $100,000/year (negotiable) - Commission + Bonus Pay - Company Vehicle & Fuel Card - Extended Health & Dental Care - Life & Disability Insurance - Paid Vacation & Time Off - Ongoing Training & Career Development Be part of Milani’s next chapter in Edmonton!
