Onkar Insurance is looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative/Sales Representative. We are searching for a hard working, enthusiastic, qualified who is looking for a career with a competitive salary plus commission and multiple bonus packages! Punjabi/Hindi speaking an asset. Job Duties: Answer and transfer inbound calls Greet and assist onsite clients and guests Respond to and send Emails accordingly Schedule and confirm appointments Draft correspondences and other formal documents Maintain organized filing systems physical and electronic Perform other office tasks as needed Qualifications/Skills: Insurance Industry experience an asset but not requiredwilling to train the right candidate Previous experience in administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer Service experience an asset Solid attention to detail and organizational skills Sales experience an asset.
