About the Role We are a growing home service company in Alberta and are looking for a reliable, organized Office Manager to join and lead our in-office team. This role is a managerial position where you will assist in many key areas of the business including administrative and sales. Key Responsibilities - Set goals with, schedule and assist our outbound calling team. - Support day-to-day office operations and assist the team as needed. - Help book customers alongside the team through outbound calling. - Work directly with the business owners to ensure targets are being hit. - Grow into different areas of the business as necessary. Qualifications & Skills - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Comfortable handling a high volume of calls, texts, and emails. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail. - Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, CRM experience an asset). - Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment. - Previous receptionist or office experience is an asset but not required. What We Offer - $25/hour, paid weekly or bi‑weekly. - Full‑time, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week). - In‑office position with a supportive team setting. - Opportunity to grow with a local, expanding company.
