Description
What will you do? - Lead and support a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, direction, and day‑to‑day coordination - Perform and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general repairs) - Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and OH&S; standards - Coordinate work orders, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion - Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams on maintenance activities and service requests - Monitor site conditions and proactively identify maintenance needs - Support reporting requirements, including logs, inspections, and compliance documentation - Assist with onboarding and training of team members Who are we?
