Lead assembly operations effectively as a Production Supervisor at our facility. This on-site role requires keen organizational skills and a focus on safety in operations. As an Assembly Production Supervisor, you will oversee a team of 5-10 members, ensuring efficient work schedules and recommending improvements to productivity and quality. You will also prepare reports, train staff, and manage safety compliance, all while maintaining an organized and supportive work environment.
