Junior Sales Associate, Medtech Surgical Are you a recent grad looking to break into medical sales? In this role you will represent world’s most comprehensive portfolio of Medtech solutions and support Surgeons ensuring delivering of innovative care. In this entry level position as a Sales Associate, you are working as an apprentice and partnering with a senior sales expert representing the most technically advanced portfolio of surgical devices on the market. This is an exciting OR based sales and service role, well suited to a dynamic, motivated and results-driven new grad that is looking to break into medical sales. This is a team based selling role, and your focus is to promote, sell, and support the usage of surgical devices with daily case support during OR procedures (some on-call work is required). You will build trusting and loyal relationships with healthcare providers in hospitals and surgical facilities in Edmonton and Northern Alberta by providing clinical education, product demonstration, technical training and support all aimed at ensuring achievement of sales targets to expand market presence. Qualifications include a university degree (Sciences or Healthcare preferred) plus work experience in a customer service driven hospitality environment with a track record of accomplishments and successes. Personality is key – self-motivated, results-oriented, competitive, and highly coachable, and a natural relationship builder that has a strong customer service orientation. This opportunity offers excellent training and mentoring, ongoing professional development, and compensation includes $60-70K salary plus bonus.
