The Advisor Trainee position is a temporary contract of up to six months, designed to prepare you for a successful launch to an advisory career at Sun Life. Work out of a local Sun Life District office. Gain knowledge of Sun Life products, tools, processes and practical skills working directly with Sun Life Clients. Obtain dual licensing in insurance and mutual funds. Handle inbound and outbound calls providing holistic life, health, and wealth solutions to new and existing Clients.Complete business development activities and identify personal market opportunities. Execute key activities in preparation for graduation from the program and launch of your advisor career. Divide time between working within the Prospr advisor team and gaining exposure to the role of a standalone advisor with local district leadership.Qualifications

History of achievements (professional, academic, athletics, etc.). Strong knowledge and passion for retail insurance and investment products. Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic. Enjoys engaging, developing and maintaining relationships with people. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to motivate others to action. LLQP license or completion of all course/exam requirements (required). Nice to have
