Carrie’l Salon&Spa is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Guest Services Representative to join our front‑end team. This is not an entry‑level reception position. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced luxury environment, understands how to manage high‑volume scheduling, confidently supports retail and rebooking goals, and delivers an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.Our front‑end team plays a critical role in both the guest experience and overall success of the business. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, detail‑oriented and able to remain calm and confident while managing multiple priorities throughout the day. Key Responsibilities

Deliver a welcoming, elevated guest experience from check‑in to check‑out Manage a high‑volume appointment schedule with accuracy and efficiency Maximize bookings through rebooking and service enhancement recommendations Support retail sales, gift card promotions and guest retention initiativesConfidently communicate with guests in person, over the phone and online Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Coordinate closely with service providers and management throughout the day Confirm appointments and manage scheduling adjustments as needed Maintain front‑end cleanliness, organization and presentation standardsContribute positively to overall team culture and salon performance Requirements

Minimum 2 years of salon, spa, med spa, luxury hospitality or high‑end front desk experience Proven experience with rebooking, retail sales and schedule management Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast‑paced environment Professional, polished and fashion‑forward presentationStrong communication and problem‑solving skills Comfortable working toward retail and guest retention goals Strong computer and booking software skills Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure Evening and Saturday availability required Compensation&Perks
