Intermediate Administrative Assistant
Contract: 06/08/2026–11/30/2026. Work Status: On‑site. Location: 10365–97ST, Edmonton, Alberta. Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to managers and staff within a fast‑paced team. Support executives with calendar management, email management and meeting coordination. Organize business events, coordinate meetings, and book rooms as required. Assist with invoicing, expense processing, and basic financial processes.Essential Qualifications
Relevant post‑secondary education in office administration. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (formatting, tracking, document production). Experience managing invoices, expenses, and basic financial processes. Proven ability to organize meetings, events, and logistics (including room bookings and coordination).Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Experience with records management (digital and physical). Ability to produce accurate, well‑formatted documents and identify errors prior to finalization. Asset Qualifications
Experience supporting a government or public‑sector environment. Familiarity with financial or administrative systems (e.g., expense processing, invoice tracking tools). Experience preparing professional documents, briefing materials, or memos. Strong meeting support skills (agenda preparation, minute‑taking, follow‑ups).Experience working in a data, analytical, or technical team environment. Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and proactively support leadership. Work Hours
Standard hours: 08:15–16:30 Alberta time, Monday through Friday (excluding provincial holidays). Work from the office five days a week.
