Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex Professional Services projects, from initiation and planning through execution, close‑out, and post‑implementation review. Define, manage, and control project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables in alignment with contractual and business objectives.Facilitate effective collaboration and decision‑making among cross‑functional stakeholders, including clients, consultants, technical teams, and leadership. Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies to support successful outcomes.Establish and apply project governance, reporting, and quality management practices to ensure consistency, transparency, and delivery excellence. Lead stakeholder communications, including status reporting, expectation management, and formal approvals of key milestones and deliverables. Support change management activities by identifying change impacts and guiding stakeholders through transitions as part of project delivery.Contribute to business development and client engagement activities, including project scoping, estimating, and proposal support, as required. Supervision / Management of Human Resources– Provide project‑based direction and coordination for consultants, analysts, and technical resources assigned to delivery teams, including clarifying work assignments, timelines, and expectations within a matrix project environment.Minimum Qualifications
Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, GIS, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of progressive project management experience, including delivery of complex, client‑facing projects. Demonstrated experience managing enterprise or large‑scale projects within aconsulting or professional services setting.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered an asset. Demonstrated expertise in applying project management methodologies, standards, and tools to complex delivery environments. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence diverse stakeholder groups to achieve shared outcomes. Strong financial acumen, including experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and resource utilization.Demonstrated ability to identify and manage risks, issues, and change impacts across multiple concurrent initiatives. Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and analytical skills. Proven facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and client satisfaction. Bilingual proficiency (English / French) considered an asset. Benefits
