Regional Merchandiser for Garden Centres, Edmonton

Elevate plant merchandising with a flexible Regional Garden Centre Merchandiser position, starting in May! Travel to multiple retail locations while managing inventory and enhancing displays.

This role involves visiting 3-4 retail stores within a designated region. You will ensure plant programs align with the planogram, handle pricing, and maintain stock levels, making it ideal for someone with floral knowledge and strong organizational skills. Visits will occur 2-3 times weekly, allowing for efficient time management and independent work.

Key Responsibilities:• Travel to various retailers for plant program merchandising • Organize incoming shipments and manage inventory accurately • Ensure displays adhere to set planograms and pricing standards • Maintain items in retail locations and troubleshoot issues • Build relationships with store staff for effective collaboration

Requirements:• Floral or plant maintenance knowledge required • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills needed • Reliable transportation within 30-45 mins of base • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks • Access to a data-enabled cell phone for reporting
