Summary of the Role Mammoet is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team at the Edmonton Branch. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, where you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to daily departmental processes and gain valuable experience to support your career growth. Responsibilities - Receive and enter time sheets into SAP for payroll. - Payroll & unionized knowledge. - Create reports when necessary. - Create inter‑company invoices. - Invoice creation. - Process purchase orders. - Record meeting minutes as requested by the department. - File all necessary documents. - Supply/create SAP reports as needed. What You’ll Need - Completed high school diploma. - Intermediate to advanced computer skills, specifically with MS Office products. - Previous knowledge and experience working with unionized environments is an asset. - Experience working in a fast‑paced workplace, multitasking. Characteristics of a Successful Candidate - Exceptional organizational skills. - Strong communication abilities. - Detail‑oriented mindset. - Proficiency with technology and systems. - Time management and prioritization. - Qualified with a helpful, can‑do attitude. - Team player.
