Student Quality Coordinator (Edmonton)

Our internships and Co‑ops are designed to provide you with a business‑relevant project that will allow you to independently manage your own area of responsibility, while receiving support from an assigned Supervisor and Technical Mentor. We are seeking a student to join us for a 4‑month co‑op position starting in September 2026. This position will be based out of the Edmonton, Alberta office and will require regular travel to Squamish, BC. Responsibilities - Create and update new procedures, training matrix, review RFP, Code of Construction and Standards. - Work with the engineering team to address technical issues through Requests for Information (RFIs) and technical queries. - Audit subcontractors' quality management systems to ensure compliance with project scopes of work. - Actively contribute to the enhancement of quality processes and procedures. - Perform other duties as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the business. Qualifications - Currently enrolled in Civil, Mechanical, Structural, or Industrial Engineering program. - Will complete at least one more semester of education following your internship and possess a GPA of 3.0 or higher. - Ability to lead and operate within an environment where change happens frequently. - Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships. - Exemplify the Ideal Team Player – Hungry, Humble, Smart. - Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. - Sense of urgency and solid commitment to achieving goals. - Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude. - Residency, or a valid work permit allowing work in Canada. - All applications must include a current transcript. - If selected for a role with client‑specific requirements, you may be required to successfully complete a pre‑employment Medical and/or Alcohol & Drug testing.
