Solutions Specialist (Edmonton)

Job Summary Viacore Edmonton is looking for a Full‑Time, hardworking, self‑motivated, experienced Solutions Specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate has a solid work ethic, excellent in‑person communication and telecommunication skills, customer‑service skills, and the ability to prioritize and self‑manage. This is an immediate vacancy. Job Details Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent. Reporting to: Branch Manager. Pay: $80,000.00–$100,000.00 per year. Key Responsibilities Maintain excellent customer relations; call on existing accounts in assigned territory, identify and call on new accounts in assigned territory. Complete and submit monthly sales reports. Coordinate with administrative personnel/Inside Sales to receive RFQ’s and PO’s in a timely manner. Provide quotes on replacement materials and/or new product lines; be sure that a copy of the quotation is provided to Inside Sales; attach all appropriate back‑up to all quotes. Ensure pricing for both quotes and invoices will achieve the Company mandatory margin levels. Perform belt, conveyor inspections and mechanical inspections. Organize belt surveys and maintain survey updates; coordinate survey updates as required with Branch Manager; report any survey change/updates to Inside Sales. Maintain explicit and frequent communication with branch personnel regarding latest customer information and requests. Review upcoming work with Shop Foreman/Service Manager and Inside Sales. Create a positive work environment for yourself and others. Qualifications Technical sales experience, ability to read technical drawings/data sheets, and strong mechanical knowledge and power transmission experience is an asset. Excellent communication skills, especially telecommunication. Ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of customers, identify customer needs and sales opportunities. Detail‑oriented and strong organizational skills. Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, strong work ethic and ability to self‑manage. Proven record of sales achievement and excellence in customer service. Valid Driver’s License. Minimum 5 years experience with industrial sales. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other service management software (ERP, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
