Description Catalis is a leading government Software as a Service (SaaS) and integrated payments provider. We support municipal governments with solutions to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve service delivery. The Opportunity We are seeking a Software Implementation Specialist to support and implement our CMMS products. This onsite position is based at our Edmonton office. Responsibilities include creating project plans, overseeing implementation, configuring software, collaborating with Customer Success, and maintaining client communication. What You Will Do Meet with clients post‑sale to collect information for cost, quality, and schedule delivery. Work with the team to deliver an implementation project plan for each client. Communicate with clients throughout the implementation process to obtain feedback and approval. Learn, configure, and deploy software systems and required components. Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure client satisfaction. Keep the project team informed of key deliverables and milestones. Requirements Proven experience as an Implementation Specialist. Experience with spatial and non‑spatial data handling and analysis. Sound technical knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PostgreSQL. Ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, time‑management, and communication skills. Detail‑oriented. Municipal experience and GIS knowledge are assets.
