Regional Sales Manager - Remote H/F (Edmonton)

We’re looking for a results‑driven Regional Sales Director to lead performance across our Alberta North region. This is a hybrid role, working remotely with regular travel to clinics across the region. As a key member of our Sales Leadership Team, you’ll drive revenue growth, coach and develop clinic leaders, and ensure a high standard of patient experience across a network of clinics. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused environment and is ideally based in the Edmonton region. Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing network of clinic teams Drive sales performance across revenue, conversion, and demand generation Translate national strategies into robust regional execution Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance Partner with cross‑functional teams including HR, Marketing, and Operations Strengthen community partnerships and referral networks Travel regularly to clinics to support, coach, and engage teams 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience (multi‑site preferred) Experience in retail, healthcare, or a service‑based industry is an asset Exceptional coaching, communication, and relationship‑building skills Comfortable working in a hybrid role with regular travel Competitive base salary: $85,000 – $120,000 annually (based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity) Quarterly bonus opportunity: up to 30% of base salary Generous paid time off (vacation, sick days, personal days, birthday!)
