What You’ll Do - Troubleshoot, repair, and service electric motors, pumps, and related equipment. - Replace/recondition components like bearings, coils, and shafts. - Perform in office maintenance, installations, and balancing. - Provide estimates and ensure detailed records. What You Bring - 5+ years of experience in Electric Motor Service or a trades certification in Electric Motor Systems, Millwright, Plumbers, Electricians or another relevant trade. - Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and handle physical work. - Ability to troubleshoot electric motor systems. - Self‑motivation. - Valid driver’s licence and personal transportation. - Ability to be on call periodically.
