Program Manager (Edmonton)

Travel is required and may include the use of a personal vehicle. A standard driver’s abstract may also be required for use of corporate lease vehicles. Currently, the organization is experiencing an organizational structure redesign to support and align with the current provincial health pillars. This position holds a key accountability in our operational and shared services. This position is non-unionized. Program Details - Classification: Program Manager - Union: COV OUT OF SCOPE - Unit and Program: Nutrition, Food, Linen and Environmental Services - Primary Location: Grey Nuns Community Hospital - Location Details: Eligible to work hybrid (on/off site) within Alberta - Employee Class: Regular Full Time - FTE: 1.00 - Posting End Date: 20-MAY-2026 - Date Available: 30-MAY-2026 - Hours per Shift: 7.75 - Length of Shift in weeks: 2 - Shifts per cycle: 10 - Shift Pattern: Days - Days Off: Saturday/Sunday - Minimum Hourly Salary: $50.20 - Maximum Hourly Salary: $75.30 - Vehicle Requirement: Driver's License, Vehicle Required Required Qualifications - Baccalaureate degree in health related field; preference for nutrition and food services specialization. - Advanced skilled designation from a related field preferred. Equivalent education/related experience will be considered. - Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years progressive health care management experience. Previous experience in the administration of Clinical or Non-Clinical Support Services (i.e. clinical nutrition, food service, environmental service, linen). Applicable experience in acute care and continuing care settings required. - Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Proven leadership skills. Demonstrated team work and collaboration. Internal and external customer service orientation. Focus on service excellence. Demonstrated success in planning and implementing patient‑focused initiatives. Commitment to continuous quality improvement.
