Engagement Lead with Acterys - Remote Work (Edmonton)

Acterys is seeking a agile Engagement Lead for a full-time remote position in Canada or the USA. This role is pivotal in managing the delivery-partner ecosystem and ensuring project success. As the Engagement Lead in Practice Management, you'll own the governance of internal and partner-led implementations. You will monitor project health, establish delivery frameworks, and drive efficiency improvements. Supporting a seamless transition from contract to go-live, your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction and engagement outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor implementation health and delivery milestones for partner engagements - Enforce governance frameworks and delivery standards - Develop and sustain PMO processes for scalable performance - Maintain accountability for customer health during implementation - Facilitate effective scope conversations and draft agreements Requirements: - 5+ years in project or engagement management - PMP or equivalent project management certification - Proven experience in SaaS implementation lifecycles - Exceptional analytical and stakeholder management skills - Interest in leveraging AI for improved operational efficiency Drive the maturity of Acterys' implementations while maximizing partner delivery capabilities and customer satisfaction.
