Hiring 2 Outside Sales Reps – Permanent Lighting Division Roof Smart is expanding our permanent lighting division (Celebright) and we're hiring two driven sales reps to own the front lines. If you like being out in the field, controlling your own income, and selling a product that genuinely sells itself once homeowners see it — read on. Celebright is permanent, year-round LED lighting installed under the soffits of a home. It replaces seasonal Christmas light installs, lights up patios and backyards, and turns heads everywhere it's installed. It's a fast-growing category and Edmonton is wide open. What You’ll Be Doing - Canvassing residential neighbourhoods and knocking doors to generate your own opportunities - Booking and running appointments from inbound internet leads we provide - Presenting the product to homeowners on an iPad - Taking measurements on-site and building accurate quotes - Negotiating, closing the sale, collecting payment, and offering financing options - Owning the customer relationship from first knock through install — including all follow-up What We’re Looking For - A self‑starter who’s comfortable working independently and managing their own day - Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with homeowners - Sales experience is preferred (D2D, in‑home, retail, or any commission background is a plus) — but we’ll train the right person - Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (non‑negotiable — you’ll be on the road daily) - Comfortable with technology (iPad, CRM, basic measurement tools) - Coachable, competitive, and willing to put the reps to ramp up What You Get - Uncapped commission — your income is tied directly to your effort - Inbound internet leads on top of your self‑generated pipeline - Full product, sales, and process training - iPad, CRM, and all sales tools provided - Versatile full‑time hours — you set your schedule around when homeowners are home - A growing division with real chance to move into senior sales or leadership as we scale How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed with your resume.
