In this permanent, full-time position, you will spearhead initiatives related to home buyer protections and guide collaborative projects to enhance operations. Your role involves interpreting legislation and facilitating discussions between various stakeholders, ensuring that their feedback shapes effective policies. A strong ability to maintain strategic focus while addressing urgent issues will be key. Key Responsibilities: - Lead analysis of the New Home Buyer Protection Act - Manage projects with subject matter experts - Liaise with stakeholders to gather input - Propose solutions to policy challenges - Engage in public discussions to represent RPP Requirements: - University degree in a relevant field - 4 years of government or public policy experience - Knowledge of home construction and real estate trends - Solid interpersonal and networking skills - Proven ability to communicate complex ideas Utilize your expertise to enhance consumer protection in Alberta’s housing sector.
