Non-Prime Finance Manager (Edmonton)

Windermere Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep, the newest and biggest Chrysler store in North America, where we're redefining the car dealership experience. We are looking for a high energy highly ambitious individuals to join our team in Non-Prime Finance. Previous Finance experience required with references. Qualifications: - A minimum of 1 years of experience in an automotive dealership doing finance - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Ability to deliver exceptional customer service - Self motivated and driven attitude to succeed and push yourself to excel past targets - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) along with the ability to work in a team environment - Ability to work with bank associates in a professional manner, understand bank guidelines and learn how to negotiate bank terms - Result driven and career focused individuals with a robust desire and work ethic come move to the front of the line What We Offer: - 1 Week on 1 Week off schedule - Excellent compensation plan (with no limit) - Lowest pack fee in Alberta ($400) - Access to inventory between 9 dealerships (Over 1000 cars) - Dedicated assistants to do follow up and credit applications - All prime and non-prime banks incl.
