Outside Sales Representative (Edmonton)

Overview Multicrete Systems Inc., headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is a leader in the Shotcrete and Concrete industry and we are now looking to expand by adding a current member to our Corporate Group. We are looking to expand by adding a Outside Sales/Business Development Professional to our team. This role will be in place to help grow new business across Western Canada. This is a field based role for an individual who thrives in fast pace, high intensity and results orientated environments. Responsibilities: - Work alongside our sales team to achieve goals; - Identify and research potential clients within the targeted market; - Conduct calls, emails, networking, and in person visits to help build relationships; - Inside sales support - Client management; - Present products and services; - Attend trade shows and networking events; - Account management; - Maintain relationships with existing customers; - Resolve clients issues and escalate when needed; - Grow and servicing current mining customer base; - Travel is a very large part of this role and will be required; Qualifications - 5 years of Sales Experience considered an asset; - Oil & Gas experience considered an asset; - Mining experience considered an asset; - Mechanical aptitude - Naturally driven, self-directed, and comfortable working independently - Enjoy prospecting, cold outreach, and building new customer relationships - Can confidently engage with operations, technical, and procurement teams - Are organized and disciplined with pipeline management and follow-up - Communicate clearly and persuasively (in person, on the phone, and by email) - Take ownership of results and hold yourself accountable to targets - Are comfortable traveling and spending time on customer sites - Class 5 license required; Pay: $60,000.00-$110,000.00 per year Benefits: - Dental care - Extended health care - Paid time off - RRSP match - Vision care Work Location: On the road Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pt7q9
