Project Director - 705 (Edmonton)

Title: Project Director Duration: 2025-11-03 to 2027-03-31 (12 Months possible extension) Location: Remote/Canada Closing Date: 2025-10-06 Maximum Submissions: 3 Experience leading large enterprise-scale projects and programs. Experience working on agile software development and modern, service design based product delivery comparable in size and complexity for a large organization such as state, provincial, or federal government or a private company with 5,000 or more employees or for a startup or small business addressing a complex challenge at scale. Senior leadership experience defining project scope, goals and deliverables such as roadmaps, governance, briefing notes, and business cases that support project goals in collaboration with business stakeholders. Experience as Program Manager managing a portfolio of projects by providing governance, prioritizing, monitoring, reporting at a Program level. Experience identifying, analyzing and managing project risks on large, complex projects. Experience in managing project/program financials such as budgeting and forecasts. Experience making decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues without formal guidelines or precedents and exercises resourcefulness and ingenuity Experience supporting and collaborating directly with stakeholders, external (public users) and internal business areas. Ability to co-ordinate and communicate necessary information well to all clients. Senior leadership experience defining program goals in collaboration with business stakeholders. Senior leadership experience within a complex, business and technical IT workplace.
