In this role, you'll be the face of our properties: building relationships, guiding prospective residents through their journey, and playing a direct role in the success of our communities. What You'll Do - Lease with confidence — Conduct engaging property tours, apply effective sales techniques, and negotiate lease agreements that benefit both residents and the business - Own the resident experience — Respond promptly to inquiries, maintain polished phone and email communication, and deliver exceptional service from first contact through move-in - Keep operations running smoothly — Accurately process applications, lease agreements, move-ins, and move-outs using Yardi or similar property management software - Collaborate and contribute — Work closely with the property management team to maintain high occupancy rates and a well-run leasing office What You Bring - Experience in leasing, property management, or real estate (preferred) - Strong sales instincts and the ability to close — paired with genuine customer care - Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management platforms (an asset) - Sharp organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail - Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday What We Offer - Competitive compensation - Real career growth within an actively expanding organization - A collaborative, fast-paced environment where your work directly shapes community success Help people find a place to call home — apply today.
