Automotive Sales Associate (Northeast Edmonton)

Automotive Sales Associate Alberta Honda is looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for automotive sales, strong communication skills, and the drive to build lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate is ambitious, personable, and committed to delivering a high-quality customer experience from the first conversation through to vehicle delivery and follow-up. Previous automotive sales experience is considered an asset, but we are open to individuals with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to succeed. Responsibilities - Sell new and pre-owned vehicles while providing a professional and positive customer experience - Guide customers through the sales process by listening to their needs, answering questions, and presenting suitable vehicle options - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and prospecting - Work toward established sales goals and performance targets - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Honda products, competitive vehicles, features, programs, and services - Use dealership systems, including CRM tools, to manage customer information and sales activity - Participate in product training, sales training, and off-site development programs as required - Work closely with the Sales Management, Finance, and Service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Qualifications - Previous automotive sales experience is considered an asset - Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills - Professional appearance and customer-first attitude - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Comfortable prospecting, following up with customers, and working toward sales goals - Experience with CDK and CRM systems is considered an asset - Valid driver’s license required What We Offer - Competitive pay structure with strong earning potential - Incremental percentage of gross based on volume - Flexible scheduling options - Excellent group advantages package - Training and development programs - Leading online sales tools, internet support, and dealership processes - Career growth opportunities within our automotive group - Supportive team environment If you are ready to build a rewarding career in automotive sales with Alberta Honda, we encourage you to apply today.
