Job Title: Receptionist (Front Desk) Vacancy: 2 Employment Condition: Part time Responsibilities: - All staffs must continuously maintain cleanliness of the facility including but not limited to; front lobby and counter area, play structures, cafeteria seating areas, washrooms, and general areas of the facility at all times. - Greet customers upon arrival with an enthusiastic and friendly attitude. - Ensure customers are registered and answer any questions regarding the registration process. - Process payments and transactions using POS system. - Assist with checking in guests for birthday parties and events. - Promptly answer telephone calls and assist customers - Help customers with general inquiries regarding the playground and facility. - Provide security for families by checking stamp numbers for guests on the way out.
