You will oversee DFM reviews and address manufacturability risks while ensuring designs align with production goals. Your contribution will impact design simplification, ergonomics, and cost reduction initiatives across various programs. Key Responsibilities: Lead DFM reviews for recent and existing designs Identify manufacturability risks and solutions Drive simplification, part reduction, and standardization Support secure manufacturing and assembly practices Analyze defects and drive design improvements Requirements: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 7+ years in equipment design or manufacturing engineering Proficiency in PTC Creo 9 and Windchill PLM Robust problem-solving and communication skills Understanding of DFM principles and OEM practices Leverage your expertise in design and manufacturing engineering at Johnson Controls.
