Role Description This is a full time, in office role located in Harrow, ON, for an Automotive Service Advisor. The Automotive Service Advisor will coordinate vehicle service appointments, communicate with customers regarding maintenance and repairs, and provide accurate estimates and status updates. They will act as the main liaison between customers and the service team, ensuring a seamless experience while focusing on customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and supporting the service department in delivering timely, high-quality automotive services. Qualifications Robust knowledge in Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair. Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust and foster relationships. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effectively interacting with customers and the service team. Problem-solving abilities and organizational skills to manage multiple service appointments and tasks efficiently. Previous experience in the automotive industry or in a customer-facing role is an asset. Proficiency with service management software and basic computer skills is advantageous.
