Test Engineer (RiderDash, Concierge, and CoreDash) (Etobicoke)

Job description Hire Art is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Test Engineer (Rider Dash, Concierge, and Core Dash) to support manual release validation, vehicle mission testing, and test automation. In this role, youll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases across multiple environments while contributing to the development and maintenance of Playwright-based automated test cases. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-oriented, and experienced in both manual and automated testing within fast-paced environments. As a Test Engineer (Rider Dash, Concierge, and Core Dash), you''ll: Develop, maintain, and expand Playwright automation test cases to improve regression coverage and efficiency. Perform manual testing across Rider Dash, Concierge, and Core Dash features, including releases, hotfixes, and pre-merge validations. Conduct vehicle mission testing and provide detailed reporting and analysis of outcomes. Utilize AI tools to improve testing processes and efficiency. Support ZPT triage by identifying, reproducing, and verifying defects across Dev, Staging, and Production environments. Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and product managers to ensure thorough test coverage and release readiness. Provide QA sign-off for releases, ensuring all validation meets defined quality standards. Document test results, maintain traceability to requirements, and track issues through resolution. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation efforts.
